What is a Push-Up Challenge?

This is an individual campaign so each child will be pledging a number of push-ups and raising funds from their family and friends. Each push-up will cost a minimum of RM1 but remember, you can donate more per push-up! For example, your child can pledge 100 push-ups and raise RM100 or they can pledge the same amount of push-ups and raise RM1,000.

What does my child have to do?

First, they will need to pledge the number of push-ups. Then, with your help, they will need to update the number of push-ups they have completed in The Push-Up Tracker. We will be tracking which sports house is leading the Push-Up Challenge and the winning sports house will be announced on the 17th of March.

When will my child be doing the push-ups?

Anywhere and on their own time as long as it is between the 6th and the 13th of March. The P.E. team will be allocating some time during their P.E. lessons to do push-ups during the campaign week.

How can I support my child’s campaign?

By donating as much as you can to ANGSANACare Org directly and spreading the word of your child’s campaign to your family and friends to raise more! BSKL Push-Up for a Cause

With just a few days to go, BSKL students will be leading the BSKL Push-Up Challenge Inter-House Competition to raise awareness for the mental and emotional well-being of underprivileged children with life threatening illnesses in Hospital Kuala Lumpur (HKL).

This challenge will run from 6^th of March to the 13^th of March 2023 to raise funds to help support paediatric therapies – psychological intervention, music and art therapy for paediatric patients and holistic therapy for their families.
