Before joining ISM, Natalia worked on audit projects and IFRS reporting with the Big Four accounting firms. Finance has always been her passion, and she is delighted to apply her expertise and audit experience at ISM. Together with her team, Natalia is responsible for regular financial reporting, contract management, invoicing, and overseeing the operation of the school uniform shop. She prioritises high-standard communication and continuous improvement of customer service within the Finance Department, contributing to a professional yet friendly working environment in ISM’s multi-national community.
Natalia holds a Master’s degree from the Higher School of Economics and is a qualified Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
Outside of work, Natalia enjoys spending time with her three children and numerous pets, including a cat, dog, turtles, a parrot, and leopard geckos. She loves travelling by car, spending time outdoors with her family, fishing, and cooking.
